Creative Connections is more than a wellness program—it is a pathway to connection, purpose, and belonging. Through creative expression, meaningful engagement, and community-building activities, the program honors and supports underserved older adults, veterans, and caregivers, including those with disabilities, who may be experiencing social isolation and loneliness. Participants are encouraged to discover new strengths, build lasting relationships, and enhance their emotional well-being in a welcoming and supportive environment.
