The “Experience Emotional Wellness in Inspiring New Ways” workshop aims to inspire, engage, and empower participants to cultivate a positive mindset and enhance their mental well-being. We provide a variety of strategy tools to help individuals self-reflect, discover their potential, and enhance emotional challenges.

Our goal is to offer opportunity that inspires hope and dignity through gospel music that speaks to the soul and affirmations that inspires and empower individuals.
